“Zomato's food business could face a 7-8% quarterly EBITDA downgrade if 10-15% of restaurants shut down in the next month due to LPG shortages, translating to a 1.5-2% annual impact on its Sum-of-the-Parts valuation. However, this impact could worsen significantly if restaurant shutdowns increase to 25% or the situation prolongs for two to three months.”
