Bayer CropScience Q4 FY26 results: net profit rises 13% as total income increases

Bayer CropScience Ltd reported a 13% rise in Q4 FY26 net profit to Rs 162.1 crore, driven by a higher total income of Rs 1,147.4 crore. For the full FY26, net profit increased to Rs 689.2 crore and total income reached Rs 5,770 crore, despite some Kharif disruptions. The company's board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 60 per equity share.
