Net income for Mar 2021 could not be independently verified against the company's own annual report: this page shows ₹409.91 Cr while the annual report gives ₹422.47 Cr (3.1% apart). That disagreement leaves the whole cross-check inconclusive, so Net income for Mar 2020 (the annual report alone gives ₹590.97 Cr) is left blank here too, rather than shown from only one of the two sources.

Vardhman Holdings NSE:VHL Q1 FY27 Results Signing Clarification
Vardhman Holdings clarified to the National Stock Exchange why its Q1 FY27 results were signed by a director other than the Chairman and Managing Director. The company stated that the Board of Directors formally authorized Mrs. Suchita Jain to sign the results in the Chairman's absence. This addresses a procedural compliance point without altering the financial figures.
