South West Pinnacle Exploration increases stake in Alara Resources with investment in rights issue
South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited increased its stake in Australia-based Alara Resources Limited from 10.83% to 12.66% through a rights issue investment. This strategic move, which also involved its promoters, aims to leverage operational synergies and expand influence in the mining sector. The investment aligns with SWPE's objectives, given both companies operate in the same industry.
