RJ Corp to acquire 49% stake in Arum Hotels under joint venture with Lemon Tree Hotels
Lemon Tree Hotels' subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, formed a joint venture with RJ Corp for Arum Hotels. RJ Corp will acquire a 49% stake in Arum Hotels, which will develop the Aurika Shillong project. Carnation will retain 51% ownership in the newly structured subsidiary.
