Gourmet Gateway lifts hospitality stake to 99% in Manmeera reshuffle
Gourmet Gateway India's subsidiary, Welgrow Hotels Concepts, increased its profit-sharing stake in Manmeera Hospitality LLP from 49% to 99%. This move, effective August 25, 2026, consolidates Welgrow's operational control. Manmeera Hospitality will pay a retirement consideration to two outgoing partners.
