India Wealth Management Market Set for $436 Billion — What Emkay’s 14% AUM Fall Signals
Emkay Wealth Management projects India's wealth management market to grow from $171 billion in 2025 to $436 billion by 2034, driven by rising incomes and financialization of savings. However, Emkay's own wealth assets fell 14% in FY26, despite a 24% rise in advisory revenue, indicating that industry growth may not guarantee AUM increases for all managers. This highlights the evolving demand for sophisticated wealth management services beyond traditional HNI clients.
RBI may raise interest rates in October, says Emkay Global report
