Sebi has barred six Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd allottees from selling shares due to alleged INR 1,000 crore fund round-tripping. The regulator found an initial INR 25 crore was circulated to create the appearance of large loans, later converted to equity. Sebi also prohibited two individuals and the company from certain market activities.
