The company was formerly known as Chatterbox Technologies Private Limited and changed its name to Chatterbox Technologies Limited in October 2024. The company was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Mumbai, India. Chatterbox Technologies Limited operates as a subsidiary of QYOU Media Inc.
