The company offers processed bentonite products for foundry, iron ore pelletising, civil engineering, pet litter, environmental containment, and animal feed applications; bentonite-based drilling fluids and specialty additives to the oil and gas exploration sector; bleaching earth used for the removal of pigments, oxidation products, and other contaminants from crude vegetable oils; calcined China clay (CCC) and ground calcium carbonate (GCC) primarily from kaolin raw materials, with broad applications in paint and coatings, inks, paper, fibreglass, specialty rubber, and construction chemicals; and calcined bauxite and associated specialty grades for the steel, cement, glass, and aluminium industries, as well as exports bauxite. The company was founded in 1960 and is based in Mumbai, India.
