WeWork India Management Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the rental and operation of office buildings and coworking spaces in India. The company offers office spaces, including private and managed offices; coworking spaces; and value-added services such as fit-out customization, events and hospitality, F&B services, technology services, overages, shoots and studios, parking, and solutions for global capability centers. It also provides advertising services through digital signage, ads in community newsletters, tabletops and standees, in-app and email notifications, and brand promotional spaces. In addition, the company operates Rivet, a design and build workspace company that provides existing site analysis and technical due diligence, spatial and space type planning, design concepts, electro-mechanical design, building management system integration and IoT design, arts and graphics, wayfinding and signage, project management, testing and commissioning, and documentation and handover of fit-out services. Further, it offers digital products comprising WeWork All Access, a monthly coworking membership that gives individuals and teams access to WeWork centers; Virtual Office, which provides members with a registered address for company incorporation, GST, and statutory filings; WeWork On-Demand, a flexible pay-per-use access to WeWork; and WeWork Workplace, a SaaS platform for workspace management. The company serves Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, global capability centers, mid-sized businesses, startups, and independent professionals. WeWork India Management Limited was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Bengaluru, India.
