Manipal Health Enterprises is trading at a premium valuation with limited margin of safety, as IPO proceeds are largely for debt repayment, not expansion. The company also has high revenue dependence on Karnataka. Existing allottees can hold, but fresh investors should await better entry levels or signs of further debt reduction. Maintain a stop-loss at ₹620 to protect listing gains.
