The company was formerly known as Primeast Investments Limited and changed its name to Thakral Services (India) Limited in February 2007. Thakral Services (India) Limited was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. Thakral Services (India) Limited operates as a subsidiary of Netizen Properties Pvt Ltd.
