The company offers computer and related services; outsourcing services; data, voice or video collection, and processing services; call center services comprising in bound and out bound calling services of various kinds; technical support; managed data and technical centers; training centers; web support back office; business, financial, and scientific analysis; research work and analysis; storage; disaster recovery; accounting; pay roll; inventory management; customer relationship management; and enterprises resources planning services. It is also involved in software development; maintenance of software/hardware and related services; sale of software licenses; and provision of consultancy services. In addition, the company operates and franchises restaurants under the Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Zone, and Blaze Kebabs brands; pubs and nightlife services under the Xora, Salud, and Sunburn Union brands; and technology platforms under the eTouch and TekSoft brands. The company was formerly known as Shalimar Agencies Limited and changed its name to Spice Lounge Food Works Limited in August 2025. Spice Lounge Food Works Limited was incorporated in 1981 and is based in Hyderabad, India.
