The company was formerly known as Central Concrete and Allied Products Ltd and changed its name to Shelter Infra Projects Limited in September 2010. The company was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Kolkata, India. Shelter Infra Projects Limited operates as a subsidiary of Ramayana Promoters Private Limited.
