Sancode Technologies Limited provides technology and software-related services in India. The company offers digital transformation, workflow automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, robotic process automation and data analytics, and system integration. It also provides testing service, including wafer probe, final test, system-level test, and burn-in solutions for various integrated circuits; packaging solution for PC, mobile, and communication markets; wafer bumping solutions; quality tests and failure analysis; and 2.5D and 3D integration, wafer level and fan out packing, system-in-packaging, flip chip packaging, wire bond packaging, and MEMS and sensor packaging. In addition, the company offers supply chain solutions comprising demand forecasting, end-to-end supply chain visibility, intelligent supplier risk management, smart procurement and automated sourcing, real-time logistics optimization, and semiconductor ESG and compliance management services. Further, it provides semiconductor testing and validation, growth and innovation strategies, new product strategies, product and pricing optimization, and sustainable solutions; and marketing and finance automation solutions. The company was formerly known as ZNL Startup Advisory Pvt. Ltd. and changed its name to Sancode Technologies Limited in January 2023. Sancode Technologies Limited was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Mumbai, India.
