Rodium Realty Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the real estate construction, development, and other related activities in India. It constructs and develops residential and commercial projects. The company also provides redevelopment services, including realty development; and design and project management services, such as architectural and engineering design; planning; feasibility studies; regulatory approvals; construction supervision; and cost and contract management. In addition, it offers property management services, such as regular inspections; safety and utility management; facility services; and security oversight, as well as the management of sales, leasing, and licensing services. The company was formerly known as Vishal Cotspin Limited and changed its name to Rodium Realty Limited in August 2010. Rodium Realty Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Mumbai, India.
