Modulex Construction Technologies Limited engages in production, building, supplying, fabricating, and manufacturing of modular steel buildings. The company offers pods that include retail, bathroom, and kitchen pods; panels, such as pre-engineered panels and internal and façade panels; kits; steel framing; and precast systems. It serves residential and clubhouses, educational institutions, retail, restaurants, clubs, clubhouses, hospitals and clinics, hotels, co-living spaces, student accommodations, and corporate offices. The company was formerly known as Tumus Electric Corporation Limited and changed its name to Modulex Construction Technologies Limited in December 2018. Modulex Construction Technologies Limited was incorporated in 1973 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
