The company offers active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in various therapeutic categories, including gastrointestinal agent, anti-coagulant, anti-hypertensive, vitamin B1, anti-histamine, anti-convulsant, central stimulant, anti-diabetic, anti-fungal, overactive bladder, anti-inflammatory, prokinetic agent, and hepatoprotective agent, as well as lipid lowering agent, thiamine supplement, anti-acne, NSAID, cholerectic agent, anti-bacterial, anti ulcer/GERD, and anti-depressant. It also develops APIs for anti-psychotic, liver/metabolic disease agent, COPD/respiratory agent, COPD/respiratory agent, neuropathic pain agent, anti-migraine, and immunosuppressant. In addition, the company offers and develops KSMs, intermediates, and reagents. Further, it provides contract research and manufacturing and development services. The company also exports its products. Kimia Biosciences Limited was formerly known as Laurel Organics Ltd and changed its name to Kimia Biosciences Limited January 2019. The company was incorporated in 1993 and is based in New Delhi, India.
