It also establishes, maintains, hires, leases, and runs training centers, training schools, and campuses to provide computer training and education in computer hardware and software application, implementation, and development; runs a cybercafé; and manages, transmits, and distributes data through own or leased telephone lines and cables. In addition, the company is involved in the software sales business; website development and design; e-commerce solutions; and information collection, storage, processing, and transmission services. Further, it focuses on sourcing, distributing, and supplying pharmaceutical products, hygiene products, and cleanroom consumables and other healthcare-related products to hospitals, healthcare institutions, retail pharmacies, and other customers in the healthcare sector. The company was formerly known as Kashyap Tele-Medicines Limitedand changed its name to June Industries Limited in December 2025. June Industries Limited was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Navi Mumbai, India. June Industries Limited operates as a subsidiary of June Enterprises Private Limited.
