Integrated Hitech Limited, together with its subsidiaries, develops income tax compliance software and services in India, Singapore, and the United States. The company offers tax compliance software, such as e-filing of income tax returns software for individuals and corporate bodies; and e-filing of tax deducted at source software for corporates. It also provides advisory, arbitration and mediation, due diligence, litigation, licensing, and drafting and pleading services; and touch screen tax service kiosks. The company was formerly known as Integrated Information Services (Madras) Private Limited and changed its name to Integrated Hitech Limited in 1999. Integrated Hitech Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Mumbai, India.
