Conart Engineers Limited provides construction services in India. The company offers general contracting services, such as cost monitoring and control, schedule development and control, subcontractor management, field engineering and site management, safety assurance, project accounting, change management, shop drawings and material submittal review, and quality control; design-build services; and turnkey services. It also provides project management, including pre-construction, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, change order evaluation, project cost controls, safety, quality management/field inspections, technology services, and constructability review; and civil engineering, civil engineering, plumbing/electrical, landscape architecture, architectural design, and retroffiting and stability review services. In addition, the company offers RCC laser and truss screed floors. Further, it develops and constructs residential and commercial facilities. It serves heavy manufacturing and engineering, chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, resident and commercial, textiles, r and d centre, food, education, and automotives industries. The company was formerly known as Conart Builders Private Limited and changed its name to Conart Engineers Limited in January 1992. Conart Engineers Limited was incorporated in 1973 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
